Chamber Hosts Three Ribbon Cuttings

Chamber Host Ribbon Cuttings

This past week was a busy one for the Rock Valley Chamber of Commerce! In addition to their regular monthly meeting, they also hosted a ribbon cutting at two businesses in town. They also hosted one this past August.

On Thursday, September 15, the Chamber had a ribbon cutting at Copper Rose Apparel’s new location on Main Street. The owners put a lot of time and energy into renovating an old abandoned restaurant downtown. Their work definitely paid off! The newly remodeled building looks amazing! Copper Rose Apparel sells women’s clothing, including functional fashion and activewear. They also carry a variety of gifts and other items. Be sure to stop the next time you are downtown Rock Valley.

On Friday, September 16, the Chamber hosted a ribbon cutting at El Sarape! A new Mexican restaurant on Highway 18 in Rock Valley. The chamber is so excited to welcome this new restaurant to town. If you’re looking for a new and delicious lunch option in Rock Valley, this is the place to go!

In addition to these two businesses this week, the Chamber also hosted a ribbon cutting at Abarrotes Gasca on August 26. This new grocery store, located in the strip mall on the east side of town, features authentic Mexican grocery items. This store is a great addition to our town.

“As a Chamber, we love to see new businesses open in town, and already established businesses continue to grow and succeed in our community."
