REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Legal Services – Nuisance Property Abatement
The City of Rock Valley (“the Municipality”) is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms to provide legal services related to the abatement of approximately forty (40) nuisance properties located within the jurisdiction. The selected attorney or firm will work in coordination with the Municipality’s code enforcement, police, and planning departments to initiate and pursue legal remedies necessary to abate public nuisances and improve community safety and livability. The selected appraiser will assist the city in determining the market value of residential properties prior to the flooding that began on June 21, 2024.
Library Building Request for Architectures Proposal
The City of Rock Valley and the Rock Valley Public Library Board are seeking qualified architectural firms to submit proposals for the design and planning of a remodel of the Rock Valley Public Library. The goal of this project is to enhance the functionality, aesthetics, and accessibility of the library, making it a modern and inviting space for all community members. This remodel is a necessity following the flood damage in June of 2024.
