CITY OF ROCK VALLEY, IOWA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) – DEMOLITION SERVICES
The City of Rock Valley seeks qualified contractors for demolition and site restoration of residential properties acquired through the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program following the 2024 flooding.
Properties: Up to 125 residential properties in Rock Valley, Iowa.
Scope: Complete structures and foundation removal, debris shredding and disposal, off-site fill, grading, utility disconnections, and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Proposal Deadline: August 5, 2026, 5:00 PM.
