Rock Valley Water Advisory Lifted

Customers of the Rock Valley were notified on June 22, 2024 of a potential concern in the drinking water system and were advised to boil their water before using for drinking.
We are pleased to report that the bacteria samples were satisfactory (contained no bacteria). It is no longer necessary to boil your water before use. We thank you for your patience.
We have worked with the DNR to sample our main distribution lines and they are safe. We are not responsible for individual distribution lines within your homes. Please flush your own lines thoroughly and ensure your own plumbing is safe before you drink the water.
