The Rock Valley Chamber invites you to join them in celebrating the magic of the Christmas season! We have many activities planned for the whole family to enjoy! Holly Jolly Days is planned for November 30-December 2 this year (2023). Help us kick off the holidays!
6:30pm Thursday, November 30 | Rock Valley Train Depot (Main Street)
Countdown with Santa to kick off the holidays! The Lighting Ceremony will begin at 6:30pm at the Train Depot with Holly Jolly Activities to follow!
6:30pm - 8:00pm Thursday, November 30 | Rock Valley Train Depot and the Lunch House
After the lighting ceremony, take advantage of photo opportunities, horse carriage rides, and Christmas caroling by the Rock Valley Public School Choir! Cookie decorating and a hot cocoa bar will be available at The Lunch House until 8:00pm, and Rooted will have Christmas cocktails and a fun activity planned until 9:00pm!

5:00pm - 7:00pm, Friday, December 1 | Parkview Event Center
The Chamber is hosting a 'Merry Little Market' at Parkview Event Center! If your kid is age 4 and up, bring them to the event center and let them shop for you and the special people in their lives! While they're shopping, you can sit and enjoy a drink from the bar!
Santa's Elves will be there to help the kids shop, and the Chamber board members will be wrapping presents! Items available will be from many of our local Chamber businesses in town ranging from $5-$25. Gift options include jewelry, gift cards, home decor, clothing, tools, household items, snacks and more! For kids ages 3 and under, parents are welcome to bring them in and shop with them as well!
7:30pm - 10:00pm Friday, December 1 | Parkview Event Center
When the kids are done shopping, drop them off at a sitter for the night and come back to the event center for a fun night out! Christmas MINGO Night will be from 7:30-10:00pm! Enjoy Parkview Event Center's opening night of their 'Festival of Trees' event and enjoy the game of MINGO with DJ Kurt! Regular music will be played with a little bit of the fun Christmas songs mixed in between. Every parent deserves a night out before the chaos of the holidays! Tickets can be purchased below.

9:00 am - 11:00am Saturday, December 2 | The Lunch House
Come enjoy a delicious breakfast with Santa! Riverview Ridge Residents will be serving pancakes and sausages provided by the Stone Soup Cafe at the Lunch House for a free-will donation. Proceeds will go towards our Military Holiday Cards as a way to give back this holiday season. Kids activities include a picture with Santa, an ornament craft, and story time with Mrs. Clause!
*Bring your extra Christmas cards to add to the Military Holiday Cards! If you have a military member that's away from home this year that you'd like us to send a holiday card to, please fill out this form.
4:00pm - 6:00pm | City Park Shelter House
Who will "SLEIGH" this cook-off and receive best soup and best sweet of the day? Judging begins at 4pm and the public is welcome to come enjoy samples of goodies for a $5 entry fee. Tickets can be purchased with cash at the door.

6:30pm Saturday, December 2 | Rivers Bend Campground
Come drive through and enjoy the Christmas light displays that local businesses set up at the campground! The vehicles will receive 2 boxes of goodies that they can enjoy while driving through! (While supplies last). Hot Chocolate and coffee will be available for purchase from Rooted as well!
