Rally in the Valley is an annual multi-day summer celebration that brings the community together for a wide variety of events and activities. Candy in the Valley is a Halloween favorite where Rock Valley businesses line Main Street to hand out treats to kids in costume. It’s a safe, festive way for families to enjoy trick‑or‑treating while soaking in the downtown Halloween spirit.
