Call 476-5651 to make reservations for the Library Meeting Room.  The charge is $20.00 a day. 

Meeting Room Policy

• Smoking is not permitted in the meeting room; no alcohol or controlled substances may be consumed on the premises.
• Attendance at meetings is limited to 60 persons.
• The chairs must be stacked no higher than 5 high.
• The person who signs the reservation form will be held responsible for any costs resulting from their use of the room.
• Groups are responsible for their own set up and take down.
• Person signing the responsibility form will be responsible for picking up the key at the library during library hours.  This person must also lock the doors and return the key to the library in the book depository
• Children's groups must be supervised by an adult sponsor.
• No red punch may be served as it stains the carpet when spilled. Please blot out all spills as soon as possible.
• No rummage or bake sales are allowed.

A fee of $20.00 will be charged with civic and religious organizations being exempt from the charge if these meetings are a non-profit event.
